Official Description
To protect themselves from the threat of monsters infected by the Devil Pest, the Eucar Tribe erected a fortress in the center of their continent which eventually developed into the Magic City of the Eucar. Instead of a Chief, the Eucar Tribe is largely governed by a Judge who solves general problems and plans the city's future. Despite its beauty, the Magic City of the Eucar is marred by the discrimination of the Shamanists by the Eucar Elders and the ages old Shamanist struggle for equality still continues today.
In the Magic City of the Eucar, Visitors can purchase unique items that are difficult to find on Junon, or take roads and travel to other areas on interest on Luna. From the Magic City, Visitors can take the roads east towards the Crystal Snowfields, north to the Freezing Plateau, west towards the Mana Snowfields, and south to the Arumic Valley.

- Go to Arumic Valley and find a Green Crystal Fragment (in the water, left from the gate to Eucar), a Blue Crystal Fragment (in the water, right from the gate to Mana Snowfields) and a White Crystal Fragment and take them back to Olleck
- Talk to Andre in Eucar
- Go back to Arumic Valley and kill the budeaters near the red crystals
- Report back to Olleck
- Talk to Ishtal to receive your reward
